Returns & Replacements

At Addicttee, we take pride in the quality of our custom products. Because every item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, we’re happy to offer a free replacement.

To qualify:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Include a clear photo of the item showing the issue (e.g. misprint, damage, wrong design)

We will review your case and send a replacement as soon as possible — no need to return the original item.
